Application for PITC Practical Nurse Program

We are accepting application for the Practical Nurse Program starting:

• FULL-TIME Program: July 5, 2010 for 12 months
• PART-TIME Program: July 6, 2010 for 18 month

First, please send us information, by clicking at Fill out Information Form.

After you submit the above application form, please click the following link to pay for the application. After the payment, please contact us by phone or by email (info@pitc.edu), and we will schedule you for the entrance test. Please note that the application fee is $50 that you can pay when you apply at the link below (the entrance test is $40 that you will pay when you come in for the test). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APPLICATION FEE AND THE ENTRANCE TEST FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Pease also note that PITC is not eligible for any Federal Grants or Federal Loans such as Title IV FAFSA student loan. However, PITC has a student loan program from TFC Credit Corporation.

Please follow the the steps below in order to appear at the entrance test:

1. Pay for the application ($50) at the following site. When you get the confirmation, print out the page, and bring with you. Click at the link: Pay the Application Fee . You will fill out a complete application when you come at PITC for the test. You can also download and fill-out an application and bring it with you. (If you are pressed for time, you can come at PITC on the date and time for the test and pay a total of $90 cash or money order. In addition, you will be charged $10 extra at the door--the total then becomes $100).

2. Testing Dates:We are testing on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 11 AM - 2 PM or 1 PM - 4 PM (sometimes, it may take longer, as the test may be adaptive). You need to call us to reserve the seat for testing. On the appointment date show up on time with your driver's license and $40 (cash or money order only) for the test. Please bring your on-line application payment receipt. You will get two chances to pass the test. For the second attempt you pay $40 only (no application fee is required). Please check the date at this web page in the AM before you take the trip to PITC, since the test dates are subject to change.

3. Create Userid and Password: Before you come to PITC for the entrance test, please create a login at the website www.atitesting.com and clink on create new account on the left hand side below the username and password. Fill each item in the form, such as three security questions. Select the institution name from the drop down list (Princeton Information Technology Center). Type your e-mail address (if you do not have it, create one first). Type a userid and a password that you will remember, and bring in when you come for testing at PITC. If the form does not accept your userid, modify it, and try again. If you have any questions while creating your userid and password, please e-mail to info@pitc.edu.

4. The test will be on the computers. You must be proficient in the use of mouse and browsing. The test is called TEAS test. The test includes High School Level English, Math, and Science. No calculator, or cell phone is allowed. To buy material to prepare for the test please click here to go to the website. Please note that PITC does not require you to buy any preparatory material.
