Application for PITC Practical Nurse Program
We are accepting application for the Practical Nurse Program starting:

After you submit the above form, please contact us by phone (215-576-5650), or e-mail (info@pitc.edu), to schedule an appointment for the entrance test. Please note that the application fee is $50 and the entrance test fee is $40, and both are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Payments: Click here to pay the application fee online. Please print your confirmation page and bring it with you to the test, along with $40 in cash or money order for the testing fee. You can also pay both the application and testing fees (a total of $90) in cash or money order when you come in for your test. Please have exact change. We cannot accept personal checks or credit cards for the application and testing fees. You will fill out a complete application when you come in for your test. You can also download the application, print it, fill it out, and bring it with you.
Create an ATI Account : Before you come to PITC for the entrance test, please visit www.atitesting.com, click "create an account," and fill out the form to create a username and password (remember this information for your test). For help with creating your account, call Jen at 215-576-5650.
Testing Dates: The test is given on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 11:00am to 2:00pm, or from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. You must call 215-576-5650 to schedule an appointment for the test. A photo ID is required on the day of the test (driver's license, state ID, or passport). You may take the test a total of two times. The second attempt will be $40 in cash or money order.
The Test is Online: You must be proficient in the use of a mouse, keyboard and web browser. You must also have an e-mail address. If you do not have an e-mail address, visit one of the web sites below to create one for free.
The Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS): The test covers high school level English, math, and science. No calculators, tablets, cell phones, any other equipment, or any reference material are allowed in the testing area. Click here to order a study manual and online practice test. PITC does not require the use of the study manual, nor do we provide it.
