PITC is aggresively instituting healthcare programs in the portfolio of curriculum, as follows:
- Practical Nurse Program:
We are starting a full time (12 months, weekday program) on September 7, 2010, and part time (20 months, evening and weekend program) on October 25, 2010. Our Practical Nurse Program is approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
Application for Practical Nurse Program
To enroll you are required to have a high school diploma or GED and pass our entrance exam (3-hour exam). You must bring a photo ID, such as a driver's license, to the exam. Please see the requirements for the LPN program.
- Nursing Assistant Program: PITC is not offering the Nursing Assistant Program at this time.
