PITC is aggresively instituting healthcare programs in the portfolio of curriculum, as follows:
- Practical Nurse Program:
We are starting a part-time (18 months, evening and weekend program) on October 10, 2009. The start date for the next full-time (12 months) class is December 15, 2009. Our Practical Nurse is an approved program from the PA Board of Nursing.
Application for Practical Nurse Program
You need to pass an entrance test (a 3-hr. test), and must bring with you at least a high school diploma or GED, and a photo-id card, such as driver's license . Please see the requirements for the LPN program. - Nursing Assistant Program: PITC is not offering the Nursing Assistant Program at this time.
